The Spice Trade Expedition

Join Jon Cohrs on a Guided Camping Trip!! From Friday November 26th until Sunday 28th, Jon Cohrs invites you to join his team on a guided exploration of the New Jersey Meadowlands. For three days and two nights they will be canoeing and camping through this fascinating industrial wilderness. The focus of the trip will be a dicussion of the food and artificial flavoring from within the heart of the artificial flavoring industry. On Saturday November 27th, we will celebrate with a huge thanksgiving feast of artificial foods at the foot of old industry, with several guest cooks. In addition to the fantastic cooks, we will be under the watchful eye of a wilderness guide, and accompanied by a knowledgeable  local historian. You will need a warm sleeping, sleeping pad, some warm clothes and a tent if you have it. We will provide the rest.
